We put it into one private brain your whole team can draw from, and give each of your ten people their own AI, trained on it, to run their work.

What we build
We capture how Zentral runs into one private brain and host it on Cloudflare, on infrastructure Zentral owns. On top of it we install Command Center: a complete AI operating layer, with every one of your ten team members given their own seat into the brain, and agents doing the repeatable work behind each department.
Everything Zentral knows, captured into a private, searchable brain hosted on Cloudflare and owned by you. It is the single source of truth the whole team works from.
Each team member gets their own AI workspace, trained on the brain and set to their department. They command a team of AI workers instead of doing every task by hand.
Leadership sees the whole brain. Each department and each person sees the layer that is theirs. One system, the right view for every seat.
Autonomous agents handle the repeatable jobs behind each department, so your people spend their time on judgement and relationships, not busywork.
The team is run by a Chief of Staff. Adam reviews the AI workers' output, keeps tasks and priorities in view, and briefs your leadership each morning, so your people command one desk instead of managing many.

You decide who sees what
The brain is not open to everyone equally. Access is set in tiers, so each person works from exactly the knowledge their role needs, and the sensitive material stays where you put it.
Tier 1
Full view of the brain and every department, plus the morning briefing and oversight of the whole team's work.
Tier 2
Each department sees its own knowledge and agents, plus the shared essentials every team member needs.
Tier 3
Each person sees the knowledge and AI workers for their role, and nothing they should not.
Crown-jewel material, member data, financials, anything you choose, stays walled to the tiers you set. And nothing reaches the outside world on its own: the agents draft, your people approve. You keep the judgement and the final say.

How we build it
We stand up the brain on Cloudflare, capture how Zentral runs, and configure the tiers so each seat sees the right layer.
Command Center goes in, and all ten team members are set up with their own seat, trained on the brain and tuned to their department.
We build the five custom departments, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance and HR, and the agents that do the repeatable work behind each.
We test against real work, tune the agents, train your team on their seats, and hand over a system Zentral owns outright.
